Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various equipment and facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure optimal functionality of all systems while providing excellent customer service and leadership within the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and residential painting tasks.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Utilize logic controllers and schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role with a focus on electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficient in reading schematics and utilizing logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with tenants and staff.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between sites or locations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
