Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure that hotel facilities, rooms, and equipment are properly maintained, safe, and in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct basic painting, patching, and other facility repairs.
• Inspect and maintain hotel equipment, tools, fixtures, and facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and reported concerns.
• Monitor the condition of equipment and report major defects requiring specialized repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper use of maintenance tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment handling is an advantage.
• TESDA certification or relevant technical training is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Responsible, hardworking, resourceful, and able to work independently.
