Pay and Schedule

• $24 per hour
• Part Time, On Call as Needed

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life-safety systems throughout the property
• Respond promptly to guest room and common area maintenance requests, resolving issues efficiently with minimal disruption to guests
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment records using available tracking systems
• Inspect property grounds, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and guest rooms on a regular schedule to identify and address issues before they escalate
• Coordinate with vendors and outside contractors for repairs or services beyond in-house capabilities; monitor work quality and completion
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety codes, OSHA standards, and brand-specific property maintenance requirements
• Support the housekeeping and operations teams during high-occupancy periods and special projects as needed

Requirements

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a hotel, commercial building, or multi-unit residential environment
• Working knowledge of HVAC, basic plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry/repair
• Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, safety data sheets, and work order systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in confined or outdoor spaces as needed
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergency response
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator), EPA 608, or HVAC certification a plus; willingness to obtain certifications supported
