Hotel Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Homewood Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable, hands-on Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team!

We are looking for someone with experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and/or electrical work who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.

Schedule Requirements:

• Primarily 2nd shift, with occasional mid-shifts.
• 32-40 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, and general building maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment and building systems using appropriate tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and throughout the hotel.
• Identify potential maintenance issues and take proactive steps to prevent equipment failures and maintain hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service when responding to guest and team member maintenance requests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following established safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general maintenance, plumbing, and/or electrical work preferred.
• HVAC certification or experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
