Hotel Maintenance Worker

Overview
As a Hotel Maintenance Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your hands-on expertise will keep our environment safe, functional, and welcoming.

What you’ll do

• Keeping our hotel running smoothly is vital to our guest's experience – as a Janitor Maintenance Representative you’ll keep everything looking sharp and running like clockwork. From cleaning the facilities to assisting with simple repairs. With naturally high standards to support our own, you’ll approach every task with dedication and pride.

What we need from you
Experience with commercial carpet cleaning equipment, power washers, and common janitorial equipment or willing to train.

Professional certification and license if required by law.

This job requires ability to perform the following: Carrying, lifting, pushing and/or pulling items weighing up to 100-300 pounds; Frequently standing up and moving about the facility; Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility; Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing and crawling

Other:

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with the other supervisors, hotel staff and hotel guests.

• Perform simple maintenance tasks.

• Reading and writing abilities are utilized in order to document or record all tasks completed, to receive their instructions for the day and/or to read equipment repair manuals.

• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
