Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Maintenance/General Work technician, where your skills will keep our facilities running smoothly and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This energetic role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across the hotel property, from minor electrical and plumbing repairs to building interior upkeep and equipment maintenance. Your proactive approach and mechanical expertise will contribute to a safe, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests and staff alike. Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems
• Perform plumbing system maintenance and repairs, ensuring all fixtures and pipes operate efficiently.
• Maintain building interiors through painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and general facilities upkeep.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
• Follow safety protocols while working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, and other complex building systems.
• Support the maintenance of facilities equipment including elevators, lighting, and security systems.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests.
• Work closely with the front desk staff to ensure all rooms are unkept with the quality of the rooms/buliding and working order of the property.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and knowledge of drywall repairs, minor carpentry, tile work, plumbing, and minor electrical.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
