Hotel Manager @ 3-Star Hotel, Teluk Intan, Perak

A 3-star hotel located in Teluk Intan, Perak, with 88 guest rooms, 1 café, and 1 event hall, providing accommodation, dining, and event facilities for leisure and business guests.

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Events, and Maintenance.
• Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction, including handling feedback and resolving guest issues.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, training, and discipline to maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure all staff comply with hotel SOPs, service standards, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control to support smooth operations and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Head Office on reporting, operational matters, improvement initiatives, and implementation of company standards.
• Ensure the hotel’s rooms, facilities, cleanliness, and overall presentation are maintained to the required standards.
• Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve service quality, profitability, operational efficiency, and positive guest-review targets.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hotel management or senior operational management roles in the hospitality sector
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of property management software and OTA system.
• Understanding of hospitality industry standards and best practices
• Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
