HOTEL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 50-room hotel in Moalboal, Cebu.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the overall day-to-day hotel operations.
• Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other hotel functions.
• Supervise department heads and hotel staff.
• Monitor room occupancy, guest satisfaction, and service quality.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Monitor hotel expenses, supplies, inventories, and operational costs.
• Prepare manpower schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and hotel procedures.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Audit, and Top Management.
• Develop initiatives to improve occupancy, revenue, and guest experience.
• Ensure the hotel is properly maintained and consistently meets service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing a 30–50+ room property is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, PMS, reservations, and basic financial controls.
• Customer-service oriented and highly organized.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferably with experience in a resort or tourism destination.
• Willing to be assigned in Moalboal, Cebu.
