Hotel Manager

Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth running of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and guest services.

Manage and supervise hotel staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.

Maintain high guest satisfaction, respond to complaints, resolve operational issues, and ensure service standards are consistently met.

Drive hotel revenue and occupancy by monitoring room rates, promotions, OTA performance, and competitor pricing.

Manage OTA platforms such as Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and other distribution channels, including rates, availability and promotions.

Control operating costs and hotel expenses, including payroll, utilities, supplies, maintenance and purchasing.

Monitor daily and monthly hotel performance, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, expenses and profitability.

Ensure rooms and facilities are properly maintained, coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance and contractors when necessary.

Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards through regular room and property inspections.

Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety requirements and relevant Malaysian regulations/licensing requirements.

Prepare regular management reports and provide recommendations to ownership to improve revenue, efficiency and guest experience.
