Job summary

we are seeking an experienced and highly o Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel and ensure excellent guest service, efficient staff performance, proper maintenance, and overall operational effectiveness.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor check-in, check-out, reservations, room availability, and guest enquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, conduct, and productivity.
• Prepare and manage staff duty schedules and shifts.
• Ensure hotel rooms and public areas are clean, functional, and properly maintained.
• Monitor hotel supplies, inventory, equipment, and general operational needs.
• Work with relevant staff to control operational costs and minimise wastage.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and other operational reports.
• Ensure company policies, hotel procedures, and service standards are followed.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure prompt resolution of facility issues.
• Train, guide, and motivate hotel staff to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience
• A minimum of a diploma
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
