Hotel Manager

ob Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise front office, reservations, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other resort operations.
• Handle guest bookings, check-ins, check-outs, queries, complaints, and special requests.
• Coordinate with staff and ensure proper allocation of daily duties.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Monitor room availability, reservations, occupancy, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
• Handle operational expenses, basic records, and daily reports.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train, guide, and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Prepare regular operational and occupancy reports for management.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Guest handling and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel/resort reservations and operations.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
