Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
• Drive revenue growth through effective leadership, local engagement, and operational initiatives.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Maintain compliance with all liquor, gaming, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Create a positive and engaging workplace culture focused on teamwork and service excellence.
• Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar senior hospitality leadership role.
• Strong financial management and business acumen.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on management style.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Current NT RSA and relevant Gaming Machine Manager licence (or the ability to obtain them).
