Hotel Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
• Lead and supervise hospitality teams, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and professional staff.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, expense control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability.
• Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to ensure outstanding guest relations and satisfaction.
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data accuracy.
• Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives.
• Monitor hotel guest services through guest feedback channels, resolve issues promptly, and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Oversee compliance with health & safety regulations, property maintenance schedules, and hotel policies to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Conduct regular audits such as night audits or property inspections to ensure operational integrity.
• Develop strategies for revenue growth through marketing initiatives, promotional offers, and partnership opportunities within the resort or hotel environment.

Experience

• Proven managerial experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel management principles including revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and customer service standards.
• Hands-on experience with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and other relevant property software tools.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
• Previous experience overseeing resort or hotel environments is preferred; familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent managerial communication abilities to motivate teams and coordinate cross-departmental efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while managing operational challenges efficiently.
