📈 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of assigned properties
• Manage multiple buildings while maintaining consistent operational standards
• Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other property operation teams
• Ensure rooms, common areas and facilities remain clean, safe and guest-ready
• Handle escalated guest complaints, service recovery and serious operational issues
• Monitor housekeeping quality, maintenance, manpower and property readiness
• Coordinate with building management, security, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders
• Plan manpower according to occupancy, workload and operational requirements
• Monitor inventory, operational costs, assets and overall resource usage
• Track guest feedback, operational performance, risks and outstanding matters
• Develop, review and improve SOPs, workflows and service standards
• Support the setup, onboarding and launch of new buildings and units
• Drive continuous improvement across guest experience, service quality and operational efficiency
