Job Overview

A boutique hotel in Festac, Lagos, equipped with modern amenities, urgently requires an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise hotel staff and coordinate activities across departments.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, enquiries, and complaints.
• Monitor housekeeping, maintenance, and overall facility standards.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, bookings, and operational records.
• Ensure staff compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate availability of operational supplies.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly and report to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operational challenges.
• High level of professionalism, honesty, and accountability.
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and basic financial reporting is an advantage.
