Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using Cloudbeds and other property management systems (PMS) to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing exceptional customer service via multi-line phone systems and front desk interactions
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide personalized guest relations to enhance overall satisfaction
• Monitor hotel security protocols, including emergency procedures and safety checks during overnight hours
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff
• Maintain phone etiquette and professional communication with guests, staff, and vendors at all times
• Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hospitality reservation systems like OPERA or similar platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially Cloudbeds and OPERA preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and guest relations best practices
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
• Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding high-volume guest interactions

Pay: $11.75 - $12.00 per hour
