Hotel Night Auditor

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor and become the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during the overnight shift. In this energetic role, you will ensure the seamless operation of front desk activities, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while safeguarding the property. Duties

• Manage late-night check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency using property management systems
• Conduct nightly audits of daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via multi-line phone systems, providing courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Monitor security cameras, perform safety inspections, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and property security.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to communicate operational status to management.
• Assist with guest relations by resolving issues effectively, addressing complaints with a positive attitude, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
• Support front desk operations by handling phone communication, guest services, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and front desk responsibilities.
• Experience in hospitality reservation systems and hotel experience preferred.
• Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling multi-line phone systems professionally.
