Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Verify and reconcile daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly, professional customer service via phone and in person.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing access control during overnight hours.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to facilitate smooth handovers and operational transparency.
• Assist with emergency procedures, including hotel safety protocols and guest evacuation plans when necessary.
• Keep internal laundry moving, will do about 8 full loads wash and dry and fold,

Requirements

• Drivers License
• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction during late hours.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail.
