Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee our overnight front desk operations and financial accounting. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing welcoming service to late-arriving and early-departing guests, handling overnight inquiries, and conducting end-of-day financial auditing and reporting. Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day auditing procedures, balance daily financial records, and generate daily revenue and room reports.
• Process late night check-ins, early morning check-outs, and handle overnight reservation inquiries or adjustments.
• Answer incoming calls and address guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain security and safety throughout the property during night hours, monitoring lobby and public areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and morning staff to ensure seamless shift handoffs and communicate guest room statuses.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and settle daily folios accurately in the property management system.
• Prepare basic breakfast setup and lobby coffee station as needed for early morning guests.

Skills

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or night audit experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
