Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing friendly and professional service at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, offering solutions and information with excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing visual inspections of the premises, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations and audit compliance.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, modifications, and special requests with attention to detail in hospitality reservation systems.
• Collaborate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction throughout the night shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and guest relations best practices.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client communication across diverse guests.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
• Previous experience with night audit processes or hotel management roles is preferred.
