Hotel Night Auditor

Position: Night Auditor
Location: Sleep Inn – Mount Olive, NC
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time

About the Role
We are looking for a highly dependable Night Auditor who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. This overnight position requires someone who shows up on time, follows procedures consistently, and represents the hotel with professionalism throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service Excellence greet guests warmly, assist with check-ins/outs, handle requests promptly
• Dependable Overnight Operations maintain a reliable presence throughout the shift and complete all nightly tasks
• Perform nightly audit procedures, balance daily transactions, and prepare reports
• Monitor property safety, conduct walk-throughs, and respond to guest concerns
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and incident documentation
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and assist with breakfast area setup
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Dependability is non‑negotiable consistent attendance, punctuality, and follow-through
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Basic computer skills; hotel PMS experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning duties

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
