Duties

• Conduct comprehensive nightly audits using property management systems (PMS) such as SKYTOUCH or Choice Advantage to reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling.
• Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering personalized guest relations that enhance overall satisfaction.
• Monitor hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff security throughout the night.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to facilitate smooth handovers and accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring all bookings are accurately processed and guest preferences are noted.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address any overnight operational needs or guest concerns efficiently.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role within a resort or hotel setting.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms used for hotel management.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems quickly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services standards, and resort-specific operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills via phone and in person, with an emphasis on hospitality etiquette and client communication.
• Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling complex guest relations scenarios will set you apart.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
