Duties

• Welcome and assist guests during the night shift, providing friendly and professional customer service via phone and in person
• Check guests in and out using property management systems (PMS), including OPERA or similar hotel reservation platforms
• Reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in night audit procedures
• Monitor security cameras, conduct patrols of the property, and enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure safety for all guests and staff
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with clients to enhance their stay experience
• Maintain accurate records of arrivals, departures, and incident reports for audit purposes
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and night audit processes
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for client interaction via phone and face-to-face
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security
• Previous experience with resort environments or property management systems is preferred
