Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
• Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
• Balance cash drawers, prepare reports, and document all nightly activities accurately
• Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette while directing calls appropriately
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records and maintaining guest files
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds

Skills

• Basic computer skills and knowledge Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with night audit procedures and front desk responsibilities in a hotel or resort setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Exceptional guest relations skills combined with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security
• Physical Requirements: Applicants must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and move easily throughout the work environment, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching as needed to perform job duties.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
