This is a Part-time, Wed & Thurs, graveyard (11:30PM-7:30AM) position.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and check them in or out efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately.
• Monitor the hotel’s security systems, and ensure safety protocols are upheld throughout the property.
• Prepare detailed nightly reports including financial transactions, guest accounts, and incident logs to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall guest relations and satisfaction.
• Perform administrative tasks such as balancing accounts, and updating reservation records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transition between shifts and uphold hotel standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is highly preferred, especially in a resort or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel night audit procedures is essential for success in this role.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on guest relations and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest services protocols ensures professional interactions at all times.
