Hotel Night Auditor

Job Summary

As a Hotel Night Auditor, you’ll keep overnight hotel operations accurate, welcoming, and ready for the day ahead. You’ll support guests at the front desk, complete the night audit, and use hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to review and reconcile daily activity. Your impact: Accurate records and responsive guest services help guests enjoy a smooth stay and give the daytime team a reliable handoff.

Responsibilities

• Complete night audit tasks, review transactions, reconcile records, and prepare shift reports.
• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, respond to requests, and resolve service concerns with care.
• Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems, applying clear client communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Use hotel systems, including OPERA where applicable, to manage reservations, guest records, and front desk activity.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures and coordinate with appropriate team members when issues arise.

Requirements

• Customer service, guest relations, and customer service problem-solving skills.
• Front desk, hotel experience, or related hospitality experience; resort experience is valued.
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems, Skyware and Quickbooks is preferred; ability to learn hotel systems is essential.
• Clear phone communication, sound judgment, and attention to detail during overnight shifts.
• Hospitality management or hotel management knowledge is helpful. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcome.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
