Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins and check-outs
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV footage and conducting safety checks around the property
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
• Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall guest satisfaction

Experience preferred, but willing to train

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a courteous manner
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with international guests
• Familiarity with front desk procedures, hotel management software, and night audit processes
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of hotel security procedures and guest relations best practices
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality
