Requirments

• Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during night shifts with friendly and professional phone etiquette
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises to maintain safety and security standards
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a positive attitude
• Monitor CCTV cameras and perform visual inspections to safeguard property and guests
• Maintain accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and visitor entries during your shift
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or emergencies

Must Have (Do not apply unless you have the following)

• Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong guest service skills are essential for creating welcoming interactions
• Ability to remain alert, vigilant, and professional during overnight hours
• Knowledge of security procedures and basic emergency response protocols is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts and weekends in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £13.21 per hour
