Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, providing timely solutions to enhance their stay.
• Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.
• Monitor security systems, conduct regular patrols of public areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the hotel premises.
• Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and any incidents that occur during your shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and ensure room readiness.
• Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating a friendly attitude, multilingual communication skills, and a Bilingual ability to serve diverse guests effectively.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
• Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating welcoming and memorable experiences.
• Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is advantageous.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during late-night hours while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of security procedures and basic emergency response protocols is beneficial but not mandatory.
