We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operation Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supervise and manage hospitality teams across departments, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.
• Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial operations to maximize profitability.
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate human resources activities such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Develop strategies for guest relations and customer service improvements while maintaining high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Monitor hotel guest services standards, including front desk operations utilizing multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to ensure professional communication.
• Lead initiatives in revenue management by analyzing financial data, setting pricing strategies, and managing hotel budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure safety standards are met and facilities are well-maintained.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational metrics, implementing best practices in hospitality management, and staying current with industry trends.

Experience

• Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management environment.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel management operations including front desk procedures, guest services, human resources, and financial management.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily hotel operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience working with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly preferred to enhance guest interactions across diverse clientele.
• Previous resort or hotel experience is advantageous; familiarity with hospitality standards in resort settings is a plus.
• Excellent managerial communication skills paired with a passion for hospitality excellence are essential for success in this role.
