Hotel Operations Executive

Manage end-to-end hotel booking operations for domestic and international travel

Coordinate with hotels for availability, pricing, and confirmations

• Negotiates and maintain relationships with hotel partners.

• Handle client queries and provide suitable hotel options based on requirements.

• Ensure timely booking confirmations and accurate documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Ticketing, and Accounts.

• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and last-minute changes.

• Resolve operational issues related to hotel stays and guest services.

• Maintain records of bookings, vouchers, and invoices.
