Job Purpose

Hotel Operations Expert ensures Drive operational excellence and business growth by improving efficiency, optimizing CAPEX investment and asset utilization, and enhancing cost and performance management across AWC properties. Ensure compliance, governance, and sustainability through effective risk management, ethical practices, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to create long-term value for the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Drive operational excellence and EBITDA growth by continuously monitoring performance standards and implementing process improvements to maximize revenue streams and optimize cost efficiency across AWC assets, ensuring effective asset management and long-term value creation.

Improve performance on maximize & efficiency Via:

• Strategic CAPEX planning and execution to support long-term growth and operational effectiveness.
• Maximizing asset utilization to enhance property performance and competitiveness.
• Centralized procurement management to drive cost efficiency.

2. Drive long-term sustainable value with ethical business standards.

Ensure alignment with sustainability and ethical business standards.

• Collaborate with external organizations to create circular economy initiatives via The Gallery, Hotel chain, TAT eg.
• Collaborate with hotel and AWC Corporate for good Governance.

3. Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction through standardized practices, compliance, and risk management, supported by a centralized system.

Ensure all licenses, permits, and insurance are active and up to date.

• Ensure hotels operate in compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
• Reduce incidents and legal cases through best practice sharing and standardized procedures.
