Job Description

Hilton San Jose is seeking an experienced and service-focused Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and help ensure a positive guest experience. This role supports front office, housekeeping, guest services, and other operational teams while maintaining service, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate activities across departments.
• Support front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and other operational teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to service concerns professionally.
• Train, coach, and support hotel team members.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational planning.
• Monitor operational procedures and service standards.
• Review department performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Previous hotel or hospitality management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest-service standards.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
