Duties

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams, ensuring seamless coordination and high service standards
• Supervise hospitality staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management to foster a motivated and efficient team
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, including forecasting, expense control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability
• Implement and uphold hotel guest service standards to deliver memorable guest experiences that exceed expectations
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest data management
• Coordinate revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue streams through dynamic pricing and promotional initiatives
• Handle guest relations proactively by resolving issues promptly and maintaining excellent customer service through effective communication skills
• Lead human resources functions such as staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
• Conduct regular audits of night audit procedures, front desk operations, and multi-line phone systems to ensure operational accuracy and professionalism
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety protocols are followed and property maintenance is up-to-date

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software including property management systems (PMS), reservation platforms, and financial management tools
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Deep understanding of hospitality standards related to guest services, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and customer relations
• Experience managing hospitality operations budgets, financial operations, revenue management strategies, and human resources functions
• Demonstrated ability in overseeing daily hotel operations while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and hospitality reservation systems is essential
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
