Job Opening: Hotel Operations Executive

Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from travel agents and hotel suppliers.
• Manage HCN (Hotel Confirmation Number) verification and booking reconfirmations.
• Reconcile bookings with suppliers and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, payment issues, technical problems, and voucher-related queries.
• Manage escalations via calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up on pending and unresolved bookings and inquiries.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in 247 rotational shifts.
