What You'll Do

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns effectively.
• Recruit, train, coach, and lead a motivated hotel team.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and improve financial performance.
• Strengthen the hotel's brand, online presence, and reputation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and hotel operations.
• A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• A passion for developing people and delivering outstanding service.
• The ability to take ownership and manage competing priorities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Schedule

Wednesday–Sunday, including weekend guest-service coverage. Friday and Saturday shifts extend until 7:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
