Hotel Operations Officer

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS/POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• With 5+ years in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands; flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Deep commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Must be willing to be trained for 3 to 6 months and willing to travel within Eastern Visayas if needed.
