We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our hotel outlets. If you're someone who enjoys leading a team, solving operational challenges, and delivering outstanding guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel outlet.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the outlet team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Monitor room standards, housekeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor outlet performance.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Front Office departments.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Candidates from retail, F&B, or service industries with strong leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
