About the Role
We’re looking for a hotel porter to join our team, working a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays. This is a part time role, 16 hours per week.

This is a varied and hands-on position where you'll help deliver outstanding guest service across the hotel. Your key duties will include:

• Valet parking and managing guest vehicles
• Assisting with luggage and welcoming guests
• Supporting reception with guest service tasks
• Responding to in-room food and beverage requests
• Helping in other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking someone who is friendly, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping people. Key requirements include:

• A full, clean NZ driver’s licence (or international equivalent) is required with the ability to drive a manual vehicle as well as automatic
• Flexibility to work morning, afternoon/evening shifts, and the occasional overnight shift when required
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service is highly valued
• Food and beverage service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of personal presentation
