Hotel Receptionist

We’re looking for Hotel Receptionists to join our team at a hotel located at Sootmill Bypass.

Job Location: Sootmill Bypass

Qualification: Graduation

Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹16,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred; Freshers are welcome

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, welcoming guests, managing reservations and check-in/check-out, handling guest queries and coordinating with different hotel departments.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and complete check-in/check-out formalities.
• Verify reservations and allocate rooms.
• Prepare and verify guest bills and collect payments.
• Handle phone calls, emails and room reservations.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations and extensions.
• Handle guest queries, requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, accounts, F&B and security teams.
• Maintain guest records, registration forms and daily front-office records.
• Maintain proper shift handover and daily reports.
• Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Presentable personality.
• Decent personality and professional appearance.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
