Hotel Receptionist

1. Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out.
2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
3. Manage room assignments, and guest accounts.
4. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
5. Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
6. Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of hotel Front Office / Reception experience.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
4. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
5. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
6. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
