What they need
Company: Hotel Vistaria
Working shift schedule:
- 7am to 4pm
- 8am to 5pm
- 9am to 6pm
(Off on Sunday)
Job responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle room reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
- Provide professional customer service and assist with guests’ requests
- Manage front desk operations and maintain accurate guest records
- Handle payments and billing processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments when necessary
- Assist in upselling hotel rooms or additional services
Requirements:
- SPM and above
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
