Night Shift Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Night Shift Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Manage reservations and guest enquiries
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Handle guest requests and complaints
• Use Opera PMS to manage bookings and guest information
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
• Communicate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
• Complete night reception duties and handover to the morning team
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area

Requirements

• Previous hotel reception experience
• Opera experience is essential
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Ability to work independently during the night
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
• Multilingual skills are desirable
