Receptionist (full time) – Radisson Blu EMA

Radisson Blu is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, dedicated to delivering a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Handling guest enquiries and requests
• Promoting hotel services and facilities
• Working closely with other hotel departments
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism

What We Are Looking For

• Availability to work weekend shifts
• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Confident using computer systems
