Hotel Receptionist

Pentire Hotel is a very busy 3* hotel overlooking Fistral Beach.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a real passion for working in the hospitality industry to join our reception team working 5 days per week with the option to pick up extra to cover holiday and sickness. Your working shifts will be 7.30am until 3pm or 3pm until 10pm. The right candidate will have great customer service skills, someone who is adaptable and works well on their own and also as part of a team. Duties include cash handling, dealing with customers needs, checking guests in and out of the hotel, taking and processing bookings via phone and email and helping with the general day to day running of a busy hotel. Experience with Guestline is preferred but not essential as training will be given. Other duties include assisting on the bar. Meals are provided whilst on shift.
