Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle room reservations, bookings, and guest inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage front desk communications.
• Maintain guest records and update reservation details.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Manage billing and payments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Fluency in Malayalam and basic English; Hindi is an advantage.
• Friendly attitude, professional appearance, and customer service skills.
• Previous hotel or front office experience is preferred but not mandatory.
