Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards
• Maintain organized records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
• Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel reception or guest services is highly preferred
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Strong phone etiquette skills coupled with excellent verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and hotel operations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems is a plus
