Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest enquiries in a professional manner
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handle reservations administration tasks efficiently
• Manage bookings using hotel management systems and online platforms
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
• Coordinate with other departments effectively
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer-facing role is preferred
• Previous experience working in food and beverage preferred but necessary
• Familiarity with OPERA 5.6 is preferred but not necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional telephone manner and customer service approach
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations and guest information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
