Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a well-presented, courteous, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle phone calls, reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
• Use hotel management software to update bookings and guest records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Process payments and handle billing accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions

Requirements:

• Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with hotel software such as Ezee Absolute, Cloudbeds, or similar systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a hotel front office or receptionist role preferred
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
