Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hotel bookings and reservations
• Handle cancellations, changes, and room availability inquiries
• Provide information on hotel rates, policies, and accommodations
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Process and document reservations accurately
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Escalate complex concerns when needed

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• BPO/call center experience is an advantage but not required
